The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the world’s largest and most prestigious food and wine society, now in over 80 countries. The roots of the Society, dedicated to honoring the skills and practices of the culinary arts, date back to the Royal Guild of Goose Roasters in medieval France. Yangming proprietor Michael Wei, a long-time member, was honored to welcome the Philadelphia Chapter.
