Sold-out Feury Brothers Supper delights our Guests – and the Chefs.

To celebrate the full-scale renovation of Yangming, star Chefs Patrick and Terence Feury prepared a special Sunday Supper.

Inspired by the culinary traditions of Scandinavia, Alsace and Indonesia, the four-course menu featured a whole grilled black bass recently featured in Men’s Health magazine as one of “Five Meals That Could Change Your Life.” Each course was accompanied by a custom cocktail made with locally crafted Dad’s Hat whiskeys. For dessert, guests savored local artisanal cheeses from Yellow Springs Farm together with heavenly chocolates from Christopher Curtin of Eclat Chocolate.

“Cooking with Terence in Yangming’s kitchen was a treat,” said his brother Patrick. “The staff is so meticulous and professional. This is an exceptionally clean and well organized kitchen. The standards are so high in everything they do. I had lunch here before we got started, and the creativity is off the charts. I don’t think they’ve ever been better.”

Chef Ann-Michelle Albertson, one of the guests, spoke excitedly about the renovation: “The dining rooms are so stylish and beautiful. There’s an upscale New York vibe here tonight that makes you feel privileged to be part of it.”
