Yangming’s First Ever Chef’s Table welcomes the Region’s Culinary Elite.

On Sunday January 17, Yangming was honored to welcome eight accomplished chefs to our first ever Chef’s Table. Philadelphia’s culinary elite toured our beautifully renovated kitchen and dining rooms, and enjoyed a special six-course Sunday supper prepared by our own MuYang Shen and Vince Viola.

Our Party of Chefs included:
Loic Barnieu, Chef-Owner of Picasso, La Belle Epoque, Sterling Pig and Diego’s
Joseph Gudonis, CEC, Executive Chef, Sysco Foodservices
Scott Campbell, CC, Executive Chef, Radnor Valley Country Club
Maria Campbell, CEC, Creator of Philly Art & Food Community
Rocco Lugrine, CEPC, Former Pastry Chef at Le Bec Fin
Christine Neugebauer, CEC, Personal Chef, Christine Marie’s Catering
Chad Durkin, CEPC, Pastry Chef, CAD Culinary
Jim Mooney, Executive Sous Chef, Radnor Hunt

Happily, our guests were delighted with each new delicacy, as well as the gleaming kitchen and new decor. In fact, they took so many photos of each course, you might think we were feeding a table of photojournalists.

All of us at Yangming are proud to enjoy the friendship of such talented artists. Experiences like this inaugural Chef’s Table are just one facet of our renewed commitment to excel in all we do, and to keep growing and building on a legacy of glowing reviews from CBS Sunday Morning, Travel+Leisure, Wine Spectator and USA Today.
