Yangming rang in the New Year for America’s leading culinary organization with a spectacular fusion of Asian and European cuisines. The five course feast created by Yangming proprietor/chef Michael Wei and his team of chefs featured wines selected for each course by Gregory Moore of Moore Brothers.
