Yangming once again welcomes the area’s top chefs.
The Philadelphia Delaware Valley Chefs Association of the American Culinary Federation once again had their dinner meeting at Yangming on Sept 12, 2017.
The evening began with a presentation by Yangming’s chefs, demonstrating how we make our Pulled Pork Steamed Buns and Dumplings. Then over 45 talented local chefs enjoyed a multi-course dinner.
Ever since our first Chef’s Table event, all of us at Yangming have greatly enjoyed getting to know talented local chefs, many of whom have generously contributed their time to work side-by-side with us in our kitchen in support of our charitable efforts. We thank Emmy Award-winning Chef Walter Staib and all of the great chefs who joined us Tuesday night for their friendship, dedication and inspiration.
